Oluce was founded in 1945 and remains the oldest Italian lighting company still in operation. From its earliest years, the brand played a defining role in shaping modern Italian lighting through close collaborations with leading designers and a strong focus on form driven innovation.

Over the decades, Oluce introduced some of the most recognized lighting designs of the twentieth century, including Joe Colombo’s Acrilica and Coupé, and Vico Magistretti’s Atollo. The Atollo table lamp in particular has become a design icon, with its pure geometric silhouette permanently influencing how contemporary table lamps are conceived.
