Description
Flag is a rug built as an accumulation of superimposed colored shapes. Designer Marta Bakowski is centered on collages of gouache papers. Flag is the result of her abstract research on the interaction of monochromatic blocks and series of straight lines, creating combined colors and a feeling of depth. The drop shadows - a nod to the 80's and 90's aesthetics combined with the different pile height reinforce the 3D effect.
