Description

The Vent series is named after the Danish word for wait a nod to its origins as seating conceived for leisurely viewing artworks at museums. Handmade in collaboration with a local workshop for the blind and sight impaired, the designs marry form with function. Designed by the Danish/Swedish furniture designer Chris Liljenberg Halstrom.
Taking its name from the Danish word for wait, the Vent Stool is an invitation to sit for a moment. Equal parts beautiful and functional, the handwoven seat in paper cord counterbalances the stringent and slender steel frame.
